After the dust settles, we’re here to make your new or renovated space truly shine. Our post-construction cleaning service tackles the fine dust, debris, and leftover mess, leaving your property spotless, polished, and ready for move-in or showcase.

When it comes to organizing, we will keep your individual needs, preferences and lifestyle in mind throughout the process. From home and office, to estate sale organizing, we offer a wide range of organizing. During our session, we will work together to discuss your organizational needs and work together to determine what needs to be donated, thrown away, moved to a different room or to be stored away. Simple.
Sessions are scheduled in 3-6 hour increments.

-We offer weekly, biweekly and monthly maintenance with in-person check ins to keep your rooms, drawers and cabinets from ever getting out of hand again.
-$150/hour: Includes 40 minute FaceTime for one-on-one support in organizing. An email or text (at your preference) of a list of suggestions or product purchases, organizational tools and step-by-step instructions to get yourself simplified. I will check in to make sure you are doing it.

Every post-construction site is unique, which is why this service is billed hourly. The rate is $95 per hour, and cleaning supplies are reimbursed separately based on what’s needed for each job. After a walk-through, Simple Living Spaces will provide an estimate tailored to your space.
