Moving should feel like a fresh start - not a frantic scramble. We handle the packing process with intention and organization, thoughtfully sorting, labeling, and preparing your belongings for a seamless move.
When it comes to organizing, we will keep your individual needs, preferences and lifestyle in mind throughout the process. From home to office, we offer a wide range of organizing. During our session, we will work together to discuss your organizational needs and work together to determine what needs to be donated, thrown away, moved to a different room or to be stored away. Simple.
Sessions are scheduled in 3-6 hour increments.
(Additional costs of storage and organizational tools for your home are not included.)
* 1 - 1.5 Hour consultation
(in-person or via FaceTime)
Investment: $100/$150
* Signature Organizing
Investment: $85/hour (per organizer if more are needed for a project)
*Jobs that require traveling more than 45 minutes from Royal Oak, Mi.
Investment: $140/hour.
* Virtual Organizing
45 minute FaceTime for one-on-one support in organizing. An email or text (at your preference) of a list of suggestions or product purchases, organizational tools and step-by-step instructions to get yourself simplified. I will check in to answer any question.
Investment: $150
Here at Simple living Spaces, we understand that each job and clients needs are unique. Once a consultation is done, we will tailor a package to your individual needs.

Moving is stressful - no matter what you have going on. At Simple Living Spaces, we help you reduce clutter before the big move, get organized while packing and helping you unpack to start fresh with an organized home.

* As each clients’ needs are unique, we also offer tailor packages to each individual needs.

Our post-construction service removes dust and build-residue for a truly move-in-ready finish, while our commercial cleaning keeps offices and retail environments polished, welcoming, and aligned with the standard your business deserves. We tailor every service to your space and schedule—so you can focus on running your business while we elevate the space that supports it.
Investment:
* First-time or deep cleanings of commercial spaces are charged at an hourly rate of $85 per hour. For continue cleanings after, a flat rate will be set. We offer weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings.
* Post-construction cleanings are prices per sq ft or a set price. This will be determined upon a consultation As each project is unique.
